U7/U9/U11 Fall Skills Centre
- Sept 4th – Nov 4th
- For 2023 – Girls and Boys born in 2012-2017
- 9 weeks – (18 practices, 9 games)
- Participants choose to train either Mon/Wed OR Tues/Thurs
- Practices take place 5:30-6:30pm Mon-Thurs at Willie O’Ree Turf
- Games take place 9-10am for 2014-2017, 10-11am for 2012-2013 on Saturdays at Grant Harvey Turf
- Highly Trained and experienced coaching staff
- Registration must be submitted via PowerUp Sports – FDSA’s Online system http://fdsa.powerupsports.com
- Fee: $250
- Registration Deadline: Friday, September 1st (late registrants will incur an additional $25 fee)
Fall Competitive Academy
- Sunday, September 10th – Sunday, November 12th (No Soccer Thanksgiving Weekend)
- For 2023 – Girls and Boys born 2005-2011
- 9 sessions with FDSA Academy Coaching Staff
- Sessions held at Willie O’Ree Turf:
- Group 1:
- ON-FIELD 10:00-11:00 AM
- Strength and Conditioning with CSIA Staff 11:00-11:30 AM
- Group 2:
- Strength and Conditioning with CSIA Staff 10:30-11:00 AM
- ON-FIELD 11:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Flexible groups – training opportunities with players of all levels
