The U15 Boys and U17 Girls recently represented FDSA and New Brunswick at the Soccer Canada Toyota National Championships in Laval, QC & Surrey, BC from Oct 3-8.
The U15 Boys finished 6th in the country with a record of 2 wins and 3 losses. With a win over PEI and a loss to MB, the boys finished 2nd in their pool, advancing to the 1/4 final round. A loss to AB followed by a victory over NFLD put the team in the 5-6 placement game vs QC which they unfortunately lost by a score of 4-0. The U17 Girls placed 11th in the country with a record of 1 win 3 losses and a draw. With losses to PEI and ON for a 3rd place finish in pool play, the girls then competed in the 8-12 placement phase.
